I send all my work via the cheapest reliable carrier available at the time. I currently use Hermes or British Post Office where the service is available.
I aim for 3-5 working days for UK delivery.
My shipping charges reflect the net cost to me for using this service and are incorporated into the price for the product where the
sending address is on mainland UK.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, or if you are dissatisfied with a product, I am happy for you to return the product for a full refund of the product price or exchange for an equivalent piece.

Refund will be made on the safe, undamaged return of the product.
